Ariel Weaver

Ariel Weaver serves as a Leasing Consultant at Willner Properties, where she works with prospective and current residents to create a welcoming and positive leasing experience. With a background in residential leasing, hospitality, customer service, and office administration, she brings a people-oriented approach to her role and values building strong relationships with residents.
 
She is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at the University of Delaware. Through her professional experience, she has developed strong communication and organizational skills, along with a commitment to providing attentive, personalized service.
 
 
Outside of work, Ariel enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, traveling, and exploring new places. She is also an animal lover and enjoys making time for the people and interests that are most important to her.

Ryan Baker

Chief Operating Officer

Ryan Baker has more than 25 years of experience in real estate operations, asset management, and portfolio leadership across commercial, retail, office, medical, mixed-use, and multifamily properties throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. He has spent approximately 15 years in private equity real estate and 10 years in the institutional, NYSE publicly traded REIT sector.
 
His experience includes portfolios encompassing approximately 13.5 million square feet of commercial real estate across retail, office, medical, mixed-use, and multifamily properties in multiple markets. Mr. Baker has overseen portfolios valued at more than $3 billion and redevelopment projects totaling approximately $400 million. Through strategic initiatives in operations, revenue management, asset management, and marketing, he has contributed to more than $600 million in portfolio value creation.
 
Mr. Baker also served as Vice President and Managing Broker, overseeing the New York City and Philadelphia offices of an AI-powered retail real estate advisory and brokerage platform focused on site selection, market analysis, and real estate strategy for multi-unit brands. He has held executive leadership roles as a Chief Operating Officer and Partner and has served on numerous corporate and community boards, including LPSWC, a utility company, and various community association boards.
 
Mr. Baker holds credentials as a Real Estate Broker, Builder/Owner Salesperson, and Real Estate Salesperson. He has served on the Legal Affairs and Risk Management Committees of IREM and a publicly traded REIT, the Legislative Committee of IREM, and as an Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance (ESG) Ambassador.
 
Mr. Baker earned a Master’s Degree in Business from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from OSU. He furthered his executive education at Harvard Business School, completing postgraduate studies in Strategy Execution, and serves as a mentor through The OSU Alumni Association’s Alumni Sharing Knowledge program. He is also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Auxiliary.

David Galiffa is an experienced operations and property management professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning property management, retail, hospitality, and multi-site operations. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, improving operational efficiency, leading high-performing teams, and maintaining first-class facilities. His background includes overseeing large-scale building operations, managing, multi-unit retail and restaurant locations, driving marketing initiatives, and implementing processes that improve both resident and customer experiences.

 

David brings a hands-on leadership style and a strong commitment to building lasting relationships with residents, clients, vendors, and team members. His experience in facilities management, budgeting, vendor coordination, team development, and day-to-day operations provides him with a well-rounded perspective that helps create communities where people enjoy living, and businesses can thrive.

 

Outside of work, David enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who rarely misses a chance to cheer on the Eagles and Phillies. His passion for teamwork, leadership, and community extends beyond the workplace, reflecting the same enthusiasm and commitment he brings to his professional career every day.

Sinjo Jiju

Sinjo Jiju is currently enrolled at Drexel University, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Real Estate and Development. Through his academic and professional experiences, Sinjo has developed a growing interest in accounting, finance, real estate, and business operations.

Prior to joining the team, Sinjo gained experience in sales and customer service, working directly with business owners and customers while developing strong communication and relationship-building skills. At Drexel, he has also taken on financial leadership roles in business projects, where he has managed budgets, analyzed financial performance, and contributed to strategic business decisions.

Sinjo is eager to continue expanding his knowledge of the real estate industry while applying his background in accounting and finance to real-world business operations. He is particularly interested in gaining hands-on experience that will help shape his long-term career in accounting, finance, and real estate.

Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Sinjo enjoys fitness, following the financial markets, and learning more about investing and real estate

 

Paula Macrina

Paula Macrina serves as the Property Operations Coordinator at Willner Properties, where she supports the daily operations of the company’s diverse residential and commercial portfolio. She works closely with property management, leasing, and maintenance teams to promote efficient processes, responsive service and clear communication across all assets.

With a strong background in property administration and customer service, Paula is recognized for her organization, attention to detail, and proactive mindset. She assists with leasing coordination, tenant and resident communications, vendor follow-ups, and key operational workflows that contribute to well-run properties and positive occupant experiences.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys spending time with her children and caring for her animals, balancing her professional dedication with a strong commitment to family life.
